A breath of fresh air! I finally bought my dream car! This is not the first car I have owned but it has truly been the best experience ever dealing with a car dealer. My husband an I visited an another Subaru dealer in Queens and within 10 minutes we left running. It was the typical run of the mill meeting. Trying to sell ussomething that did not have everything that I wanted and have uspay additional for items that we did want. When we got to Bill Kolb Subaru it was a completely different experience. The fact that the sales consultants do not work on commission creates a completely great car buying experience. You can truly feel the team work that happens between the employees at this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and especially Howard Bonfield to all my friends! The 2 times that we stopped by we were running very close to closing time, but that did not stop Howard from truly taking his time to helps us out and get us familiar with the new car after hours. Also they love dogs there and everyone has a really great sense of humor which is just a little extra for the already great service! More

The employees I saw were all polite and welcoming. It is remarkable that the sales people are salaried and do not depend on commissions, hence no haggle-pricing and other funny business.
