Wonderful Experience Just drove out with my 1st Subaru. A Legacy 2015 6 cylinder. I can't say enough about the superb experience I had with Howard Bonfield. Without a doubt Howard was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he able to impart the information I was seeking, but he did it with an enthusiasm and expertise that was unique in my 40 + years as a car buyer. We drove so many cars that when we finally sealed the deal another salesperson asked us if there wasn't one more color that we might drive! After seven years of service at Bill Kolb, and over 120,000 miles, we decided it was time to trade in the Outback. I brought my sister and brother-in-law along. With the help of Sam and Jeff, we bought not one but two identical cars! This time, I bought a Legacy. Love the redecoration job in the showroom. Great experience as always. By the way, we went home and compared the Legacy to four other brands before making the final purchase and feel like it was a great choice. More

Though never having owned a Subaru, it became evident that it was indeed the best choice given our family needs. Completely different car shopping experience, in a good way! I called Bill Kolb Subaru after having some bad experiences elsewhere. I had some concerns about trading in a vehicle, and I talked to Ross, who assur I called Bill Kolb Subaru after having some bad experiences elsewhere. I had some concerns about trading in a vehicle, and I talked to Ross, who assured me to come down, look around and he could make it work. I found an outback I had been looking for, and I was certain that's where the aggrevation would begin..I couldn't have been more wrong! Ross did not pressure us, gave me a fair trade in amount on my Forester, and just made the whole experience calm and completely uneventful. No greasy car salesman tricks, no hidden agendas, no nonsense. Just a great honest deal by people who seem to love their job, they are always busy, but still have a smile on. I have NEVER left a car dealership without some sort of regret, until now. Go see Ross and the team at Bill Kolb Subaru. No more icky car salesmen! The price is what you pay! My husband and I were DREADING buying a car. We have had some horrible car dealership experiences (Curry in Westchester is the WORST!) so when we mad My husband and I were DREADING buying a car. We have had some horrible car dealership experiences (Curry in Westchester is the WORST!) so when we made the hour trek to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru we were prepared to fight for a good deal. To our surprise (and I must admit, initial disappointment--I was ready to go to battle after all!) our sales person, Rich told us that the prices listed are the actual prices. Go figure! Nothing seemed overpriced, and they were based on the Kelley Blue Book values. Rich patiently helped us pick out the right car for our budget. We are now the proud owners of a 2011 Subaru Forester. We couldn't be happier with the experience. It is worth the drive no matter where you live! More
