Howard explained everything in detail, showed me the cars I was interested in and we took a test drive. There was no pressure...it was all very relaxed and comfortable. He gave me a very fair price and I did not feel the need to shop around or look at other brands. After picking up my new 2014 Subaru Legacy and driving it for a few days, I knew I had made the right choice. Well, this is our fifth Subaru purchase (new and used) from Bill Kolb Subaru and Gary Mendelsohn in four years. I don't know if it's the fact that every one of the cars has been trouble-free, reliable and great performing in all types of weather, or my wife just likes Gary that much. He's always been very straightforward, always crunching numbers right in front with us, and getting us the best value for our trade-in. The service department is very friendly and accommodating. They're always up front with us on what the car needs. They always advise of recommended services, but never push if you decline. We have recommended a number of friends to Bill Kolb Subaru, and they have also had great experiences. I can't even imagine going to another dealership. Bill Kolb and us are pretty much family now.
