This review is overdue, as I purchased a car from this dealership last year. This was my first ever purchase from a dealership, and after that, I dealt with 4 other dealerships while helping other family- dealership last year. This was my first ever purchase from a dealership, and after that, I dealt with 4 other dealerships while helping other family-members buy cars. After dealing with other dealerships, I can now fully appreciate how GREAT my experience was with this one - specifically with Juan, the salesman that helped me with my purchase. Juan was super polite, informative, and very patient throughout the process. I actually looked back at my texts with him, and I feel bad for how difficult I was with my scheduling at the time - but he was always patient and really worked with me to make sure I was happy. I didn’t really interact with many other people there, other than a quick meeting with finance, and a quick check-in by a manager during the final pickup. I hope all the other salesman are as good as Juan, and if they are not - Juan should be considered for a trainer/manager position. Juan’s honest approach and customer focus is a necessity in today’s sales market, and helps do away with any stigmas people may have about dealerships and salespeople. Thank you! More
