This review is overdue, as I purchased a car from this dealership last year. This was my first ever purchase from a dealership, and after that, I dealt with 4 other dealerships while helping other family- dealership last year. After dealing with other dealerships, I can now fully appreciate how GREAT my experience was with this one - specifically with Juan, the salesman that helped me with my purchase. Juan was super polite, informative, and very patient throughout the process. I actually looked back at my texts with him, and I feel bad for how difficult I was with my scheduling at the time - but he was always patient and really worked with me to make sure I was happy. I didn’t really interact with many other people there, other than a quick meeting with finance, and a quick check-in by a manager during the final pickup. I hope all the other salesman are as good as Juan, and if they are not - Juan should be considered for a trainer/manager position. Juan’s honest approach and customer focus is a necessity in today’s sales market, and helps do away with any stigmas people may have about dealerships and salespeople. Thank you! More

Customer service is very good. Al, the agent who helped me, is exceptional. I arrived promptly at 7:30 for NYS vehicle inspection. After more than two hours, I was told that my car Al, the agent who helped me, is exceptional. I arrived promptly at 7:30 for NYS vehicle inspection. After more than two hours, I was told that my car passed inspection BUT that it needed a AC filter, rear window wiper, and an oil change, which I agreed to, ONLY because I was told it would take about 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I asked Al what was up. He apologized, said it was ready & did not charge me for the oil change. Three and a half hours! What really puzzles me is this: why wait until service is "completed" & then suggest additional jobs to be done? Why can't repair service communicate more efficiently with customer service so that nice guys like Al don't have to apologize for the lack of efficient time management? More
