This is my third Subaru and I have always been provided with excellent service from Holman Cano. Howard is a pro and is always professional, friendly and honest. Their "no haggle" up front pricing way of car sales is a pleasure. While doing my online research for a pre-owned Outback, I found their prices to be well below the areas other Subaru dealers. I had already made up my mind that my purchase would be with Howard and Bill Kolb, but it was reassuring to see the prices were the best I could find. I already knew the experience was going to be terrific since I have leased my last 2 Subaru's from Howard. We settled on a 2017 Outback with less than 30,000 miles that was as close to new looking as it could be. There service dept. did a great job preparing the car for sale, and I was shown all the service records for the car. This however was my first time outright buying a car from Bill Kolb. Howard met my expectations perfectly, I felt safe with all the Covid 19 precautions that both Howard and the dealership had in place. Financing the car with Paul Speigel was a breeze, no pushy sales pressure, he just explained programs that he thought would help our situation and he was spot on with his suggestions. Two day later we picked up our 2017 Outback and it was in top shape and looked brand new. They now have Delivery Specialists who actually go through the delivery process with you when you pick the car up. A very nice and extremely personable young man named Evan Cano went through and explained all the paperwork, had us sign all the documentation, took us to the car, went through all the features of the car and then turned us over to Howard for a final thank you and good luck wishes.
