Did NOT like the bottom line surprise when it came time to write up the sale. Advertised internet price was much lower than actual sales price. “Bait and Switch” like process was in the fine print and had to write up the sale. In order to get the Internet price, buyers have to use “house financing”, which has a much higher interest rate and more aggressive payment plan. More
