Over the past few weeks we had two visits to the dealership and a few phone calls. The first visit didn’t go as planned and I felt like the salesman was talking us out of a purchase. He was very attentive, reassuring of the process and helped negotiate a deal that met both my and the dealership goal. We handled everything online. The process with him and finance went super smooth. The following day I scheduled an appointment to take delivery of the vehicle. We were in and out in a hour. The signing process is very techy, super easy and so much more efficient from the way I’ve always purchased vehicles. They handed me a flash drive with all my docs, the keys and done. I’m very pleased at the way Eric turned what initially not an impressive start, but I’ve have a whole new perspective on Bill Luke San Tan and his team. More
