Over the past few weeks we had two visits to the dealership and a few phone calls. The first visit didn’t go as planned and I felt like the salesman was talking us out of a purchase. We had found an unexpected vehicle that we really like though. Leaving disappointed in the experience, I reached out again and wound up speaking with Eric Collins. He was very attentive, reassuring of the process and helped negotiate a deal that met both my and the dealership goal. We handled everything online. The process with him and finance went super smooth. The following day I scheduled an appointment to take delivery of the vehicle. We were in and out in a hour. The signing process is very techy, super easy and so much more efficient from the way I’ve always purchased vehicles. They handed me a flash drive with all my docs, the keys and done. I’m very pleased at the way Eric turned what initially not an impressive start, but I’ve have a whole new perspective on Bill Luke San Tan and his team. More

**UPDATED WITH RATING ADJUSTED** Shout out to CJ for reaching out to us regarding our issue. He did research into how this happened and it ended up being a glitch in their system from a second profile b reaching out to us regarding our issue. He was VERY apologetic and offered numerous options to find another vehicle as similar as possible to the one sold. He was even willing to send us to another location and loose their commission to make sure we were happy! Lucky for us he caught one at the auction and had transport bring it back just for us! They gave us their $1500 off online offer (despite wheeling & dealing in person) and an additional $150 towards floor mats (truck didn't have any). Finance made us even happier finding a rate 2.8% LESS THAN WE ANTICIPATED with a credit union willing to also refinance our vehicle bought in December from Bill Luke Camelback! Thank you, Bill Luke San Tan, for correcting this issue in a swift and timely manner! ************************************ Heads up, their "online purchase" is total BS. We did all the paperwork, talked to insurance and the finance company, submitted all documentation, and made a pick up appointment for 6pm. With title in hand and cleaned out trade in, my husband walks in to find they accepted a deposit from someone two hours before! We were NEVER asked for a deposit by their "system" OR the four different people we spoke with all the way up until 3 hours before our appointment! My husband even got a "congratulations on your purchase" email! We would've happily placed a deposit ourselves IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD US! Bought a car from a different Bill Luke back in December, but they won't be getting another sale from us. Waste of time, gas, and a hard inquiry on our credit. More
