I had previously written a review that was not flattering regarding the Bill Luke San Tan dealership. I have since had a conversation with the Brian the General Manager, who actually called me, about my exp regarding the Bill Luke San Tan dealership. I have since had a conversation with the Brian the General Manager, who actually called me, about my experience at his facility. I now have a better understanding of how this dealership works which currently does not operate like a traditional dealership that most of us are use to. As we discussed, knowing this at the time of purchase could probably have saved a lot of anxiety for both of us. I believe the conversation we had was beneficial and Brian's explanation addressed my concerns regarding the facility. It now remains to be seen if future dealings will show an improved customer service attitude. Initially, I was not inclined to use their services but I am now willing to give it a second chance. So any future sales or service will depend on how new issue, if any, are handled. In order to submit a revised review they require a yes or no on recommendation. Since there is not an option "to be determined" I'll mark it yes but with reservations. More
