SELLS CARS WITH LIENS ON THEM & MORE I came to the santan location to purchase a 2019 Dodge Charger RT, trade in a 2017 Ford Taurus SEL (that i bought 2 months ago), along with a $2.5K do I came to the santan location to purchase a 2019 Dodge Charger RT, trade in a 2017 Ford Taurus SEL (that i bought 2 months ago), along with a $2.5K down-payment. Here were the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Decent and friendly salesman (Paul Minter) 2. Speedy Service w/Finance Manager (after declining the usual warranties) Cons: 1. Deceptive Pricing/Financing : $1,0000 OFF FINANCE PRICE??? LIES. YOU ONLY GET $1K OFF IF YOU ACCEPT AN INTEREST RATE OVER 8.99%. They told me I should take the high interest with the discount and then refinance later. I said no, I'll take the car @ $25K. Shameless. OH & For my trade-in, they tried to offer me $3K less than the LOWEST KBB value for my car (less than what i owed on it.... which would have resulted in negative equity). I said xxxx no. It took several manager visits before i received a respectable offer. They now have my trade-in listed for about $4k more than what they gave me.. so in essence, they tried to make a $7k profit (in addition to whatever back-end $$ they receive from the finance company when they get some schmuck to finance it for 9% interest). BEWARE: You've seen this complaint in other reviews. You pay for a MANDATORY $359 "lifetime" window tint. (Even if they receive the car from auction/trade-in with tint, they will claim they tinted the car). It's also important to note that they had my trade-in listed for sale on their website, with pics and everything, for 4+ weeks (without even paying my bank off to remove the lien). I even used an "alt account" to contact them to buy the car and they said to come in to buy it. 2. DECEPTIVE Delivery: Despite several pictures being taken of the Dodge Charger, inside and out, the car was not available for immediate delivery. They told me it needed to be inspected, buffed, cleaned and that it could take up to a week. It took 10 days. WHY ARE YOU LISTING/SHOWING CARS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY...And why are you allowing people to buy it? Do y'all enjoy pissed off clients? And when I went to pick it up..my credit was ran an additional 4 more times with no explanation (10 days after already being approved). 3. TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT Service Dept: When i FINALLY received my car, i realized they botched the driver's side tint (it was bubbling). Had to come and spend 2 hours of my life waiting for them to re-tint that 1 window (yes..2 hours I sat in the lobby for 1 window). I also noticed that they botched my front bumper while trying fix a scratch. They re-painted the bumper terribly (it had paint runs and the paint was peeling). I had to schedule another appointment with service and leave my car with them again. I come back to pick my car up and voila...2 of the Ferrada forged bronze wheels ($600 each) that i just bought are now chipped/scratched. A service manager tried to deny it, until I showed him video that i recorded of the vehicle when i dropped it off. They had their wheel specialist repair and repaint the damaged part of the wheel Dealerships man... I swear. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get all my issues with them finally remedied. Bill Luke has basically made me come to the conclusion that i will never deal with a dealership ever again. Next time i buy a vehicle I will wait until I have cash in hand and legit just buy from a private seller (or at best..maybe enterprise car sales/carmax/etc). I cannot stand these shameless incompetent beings. Swan song....Never again. More

Our test drive was very informative and a great conversation. Another place we went to the salesman was quiet the whole time (sort of awkward). I had to ask questions about everything & he also didn't show us stuff that Jeff showed us. We never felt pressured to buy the vehicle which I appreciate. I hate being pressured by sales people for literally anything at all. Bobby was so sweet and helpful in wrapping up the deal and overall we really enjoyed our experience with Bill Luke Santan and would purchased from them again. 5 Stars!! They also have a referral program if you have anyone in your circle looking to buy which is a plus!!! More
