This is the only car dealer I talked that honestly didn’t add an extra fee at the end of the deal. The first price we discussed was the price I paid!!! Everyone was polite and did the work for me. Wish I could give it lower than 1 STAR!! Went back and forth via email for a few days and worked out a deal that it appeared both the dealership and myself were happy with. Drove an hour across town to go forth via email for a few days and worked out a deal that it appeared both the dealership and myself were happy with. Drove an hour across town to go sign all the paperwork and that's when everything changed. Staff didn't know anything about a Jeep, lift kits, or the tires that they drive on and began to redact the offer that we agreed upon. Was told to wait for a day to speak with the service department as they should know what they are talking about and was sent home till then. Left and hot am email saying that the vehicle has sold............. Seriously More
