This was not our 1st time purchasing a vehicle, but having come from a bad experience, we expressed our concerns and uncertainties and he was able to help us make an educated, well thought out decision. My husband and I worked very hard and saved up as much as we could to be able to purchase the van that was right for our family so we have met and spoken with many car sales companies and employees. Wish I could give it lower than 1 STAR!! Went back and forth via email for a few days and worked out a deal that it appeared both the dealership and myself were happy with. Drove an hour across town to go sign all the paperwork and that's when everything changed. Staff didn't know anything about a Jeep, lift kits, or the tires that they drive on and began to redact the offer that we agreed upon. Was told to wait for a day to speak with the service department as they should know what they are talking about and was sent home till then. Left and hot am email saying that the vehicle has sold............. Seriously More

The sales man I worked with was great and very kind. I was disappointed with the end of my car buying experience when the general manager rescinded the offer on my trade in. They made the mistake of making me an offer before seeing my vehicle, and I was very honest about its condition. I had already put money down and signed for the vehicle when they took their offer back and we’re not willing to work with me to get back down to my budget. I find it sad that they do not think it is important to stick to their agreements, and they do not care about their customers. More
