Oil and filters were not changed as stated Both were Oil and filters were not changed as stated Both were black. If i could Attach a picture I would. The car I bought also had car mats in it at time o Oil and filters were not changed as stated Both were black. If i could Attach a picture I would. The car I bought also had car mats in it at time of purchase. During pick up we noticed they were gone. dealership Manager said he would order new ones. Our sales rep verified he did it right then and there and I was promised them in 7-10 days. I didn’t receive a call for pickup as they said. Turns out they were never ordered. Took me day to speak to someone about this and I had to wait another week+ for them to follow through. More

Horrible car! Jan 9 I went to santan looking for a car. I test drove a car and it drove amazing. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot I started to have car issues. I called next day informing the test drove a car and it drove amazing. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot I started to have car issues. I called next day informing them of my problem. They said I have to bring it in to get it looked at. I didnt have a problem with it cause I know stuff happens. When taking it to the dealer I was told I needed new tires. Keep in mind I have driven the car more than 200miles. Upon paying for new tires I'm still having the same issue. I've taken my car to the dealer more than 3 times and the car is still having the same issue. I'm now stuck with it and a problem the te cchs cannot seem to find. I'm not happy with my purchase or happy with the vehicle I'm driving now. I barely made my first car payment and I had to invest more into the car then what my payment us worth. More
