The car I bought also had car mats in it at time of purchase. During pick up we noticed they were gone. dealership Manager said he would order new ones. Our sales rep verified he did it right then and there and I was promised them in 7-10 days. I didn’t receive a call for pickup as they said. Turns out they were never ordered. Took me day to speak to someone about this and I had to wait another week+ for them to follow through. More
