Poor from start to finish. They never did get the car ready for my promised test drive. The internet price was a lie like everything else. Dealer "mandatory" window tint! Lol. I saw a car of theirs on a website that I liked. I thought the price was fair and the mileage looked good so I called in and went down to see it. They immediately switched me to another sales person I thought the price was fair and the mileage looked good so I called in and went down to see it. They immediately switched me to another sales person instead of the person I spoke with. Then, after telling them I’d take the car, the price jumped up! They charged an extra $350-400 for a bad window tint that I don’t want and will have to pay to remove. Then, as soon as they found I was paying cash, they increased the price by another $1500! Total scam. You have to finance with them at stupid high rates to get the advertised price. I spoke with the GM and they wouldn’t change and said that was their policy. What a total scam. On top of that the car wasn’t clean when I went to pick it up even though I gave them several hours to do so. I like the car but I’d never do business with them or any other Bill Luke dealership again! More
