My sales guys was great he brought a great experience to the table and kept in touch with me through the process. What i did not like: You guys only gave me a half a tank of gas and 1 remote clicker key the table and kept in touch with me through the process. What i did not like: You guys only gave me a half a tank of gas and 1 remote clicker key for the vehicle that is not even original. I spent $40k with you and its the leasr u could have done for me. Now i have to spend money to get 2 original clickers and keys made. Also your process is way to drawn out. After making an appointment a head of time and already having my downpayment made for 5 days i had to wait an hour from when i got to dealership and then another hour with finance. To top it off after i signed all my docs i had to wait almost another 45 minutes for someone to bring me the vehicle. All in all on a scale of one to 10 i rate this experience a six. You guys need to seriously create a better overall experience. I would appreciate 2 remote keys made for me and sent to me. More
