This was by far the best car sales experience I have ever had from no pressure and just being absolutely polite and talking to me like a regular person, credit check was simple and the financials were very simple and love the tablet type system in the financial department. They stayed past 9pm and were so calm and not rushing to get me out and ended up being there til 10pm but their customer service was outstanding and friendly while maintaining professionalism. I will definitely recommend Bill Luke San Tan and Jason the salesmen I dealt with to anyone in search of a new vehicle, thank you again. More

Dealer wouldn't hold it for us so we rushed to the dealership right at commute hour to see the car (we live one hour away). We were ready to purchase the car for the price that it was listed for, but the dealer had added an additional charge for something we didn't need/want (additional fee buried in fine print). Also, we found a part of the car's interior missing (something for the trunk), and the dealer wouldn't negotiate with us on that component either. The team was completely inflexible and wouldn't negotiate (from sales to mgmt). If they're going to add components to a vehicle and expect customers to purchase those components, then they should add the cost to the marketed sticker price. I found the whole experience to be misleading (it was a stereotypical "used car sales approach"). Also, the entire sales team that we worked with was outwardly rude to my broker in front of my family, making the experience very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend this dealership at all and will find my daughter a safe car elsewhere. More

We worked with Scott and he was very knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Finished up all the paperwork and went to take possession of the vehicle, realized that there was only one key.
