Purchased a Used 2015 Honda Civic Coupe My teenage son had been searching online and local car dealerships for the past month for a used Honda Civic Coupe and found Bill Page Honda had a col My teenage son had been searching online and local car dealerships for the past month for a used Honda Civic Coupe and found Bill Page Honda had a color and trim package he liked. We met with Adeel Bhatti, who was very polite and not over-bearing with sales pitches. After test driving the vehicle, we made an offer to purchase the vehicle at fair market value but below their list price. Adeel worked hard at getting the sales manager to accept the offer but ultimately, we could not reach a deal on that day. I did receive several phone calls and emails over the next two weeks from Adele and the sales manager with slightly lower prices but still not what we were able / willing to pay. After several weeks and holding firm on our offer, Adele called once again and accepted the offer we originally presented. We returned & purchased the vehicle that same day. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Every single time I've gone here I've had an awful experience, but I keep going back thinking it will be better, but it just gets worst! The Customer Service Rep was just rude to me and very impolite. I used to work for customer service so this irks me. Not only was she rude to me but while I was waiting for my car, I heard her and another Rep dealing with a different customer and they were very rude to her as well. It just surprises me because my dad goes there too and has never had any problems. Will not be going back here EVER. More

From the time when I visited to see the car for first time to the moment of closing the deal in finance department always been help for a really AWESO From the time when I visited to see the car for first time to the moment of closing the deal in finance department always been help for a really AWESOME group of people. Mehdi (used sales representative) help me from the beginning of my purchase to a visit of service after for battery replacement and others for my car. Mr Harry is a great manager and always want that his sales people keep the customers very happy. Mrs Nancy in financing made her best to get me an excellent deal on my apr for my loan. She explained me all the paperwork with plenty time and detail always with a smile. I have to come back to have some batteries replaced on remote controls and Rodolfo from service were really nice to me getting me everything fix and ordering the other parts that I need. More
