I purchased a car here in 2010 (not a good experience) and brought it for an extended warranty in Aug 2018. They did not want to honor it, and I had to call Honda corporate to simply begin the process. My mechanic and I documented oil consumption for months. BP would not acknowledge any of our documentation, and although my mechanic and I checked and photographed the dipstick every 500 miles and confirmed excess oil consumption, BP would continually take my car to the bays and miraculously bring it back with full oil. Fourteen frustrating months later, and with Honda Corp behind me, I took it to Browns in Arlington (who knew nothing about my history) whereupon they immediately began tracking the oil consumption. They indeed verified the problem and promptly did the work. I highly recommend avoiding any service with the incredibly dishonest team at Bill Page. Take your Honda to Browns of Arlington and ANY car to Baird Automotive if you want honest and excellent service.
