Great People, Great Service I purchased a CR-V here. From the first time we enter Ed Rojas greeted us. He was very nice and not pushy like some places. He answered all our questions and even gave a lot of details for the car that we may have overlooked. What I like the most is it didn't feel like he was overselling the car and just trying to give us the most information to make a decision. We mentioned we only there for a test drive and again was not pushy only wanted to give us information. After testing multiple cars we decided on the Honda. We had other Honda's to go but but we always remember the treatment of Ed and we wanted him to get our business. Even through the negotiation process I did not feel like he was trying to oversell or trying to get over on us in anyway. We were always under no pressure to buy the car that evening, but after the great interaction, I believe we come to an agreement where both sides were happy. One thing I do have to mention it did take a long time to get the whole process done, but I would not put all the blame on Bill Page Honda. They had some circumstances that were out of there control, but even so Ed was still engaged and explained why the lengthy time and gave us tours of the facilities to kill time. If my only knock on Bill Page it would be that but I did appreciate Ed trying to fill in the time. I do however believe this was an isolated event. After it was time to meet with the Business Manager it was very quick. We were up front about the loan interest we got and they were upfront about if they could beat it or not. Which was good because there was not need to drag anything on. Nancy Herrera was great, she explained everything to us as well and how everything would work. Again we never felt pressured or rushed to do anything. She let us know what might happened with our bank loan and what we could do to resolve it. What she told us was exactly what happened, but wit the information she gave us we were able to make a quick turn around. Overall I say the experience was great with a few hitches but the process cant be all smooth. I would have to say thanks to Ed and Nancy for all their time and effort to maintain customer satisfaction and company representation. In the end that's what drives service and productivity. If you go look at a car here I would definitely recommend asking for these two. More
Friendly Accomadating Personnel My wife and I came to Bill Page Honda just to look at SUV options and inventory available. We were asked about items that were important to us in our My wife and I came to Bill Page Honda just to look at SUV options and inventory available. We were asked about items that were important to us in our vehicle. As I have a physical disability, we explained that we would need to make modifications to the vehicle to install a wheelchair/scooter hoist, and some specific hand controls. We narrowed own the vehicle to a Honda CRV EXL trim because we found the size comfortable, as well as features like an automatic lift gate, power seats, and the push to start. We explained that we couldn't purchase the vehicle at that time because we needed to confirm that the equipment we would be installed would be compatible with this vehicle. They ran our credit scores because we were considering financing a portion of the purchase. We asked Eduardo and David to hold the vehicle for us for one week, and they agreed as long as we've left a $500 check deposit. After I confirmed with the adaptive equipment modifiers, we came back a week later, and followed through with our purchase. Eduardo once again showed us all of the car features, and helped install the floor mats and cargo liner. We are pleased with our purchase. More
