Aside from Honda recommended wheel locks, their cars weren't loaded with extra stuff to force you to pay hugely marked up pin-stripes or wind guards. Thank you for making what would normally be a stressful experience one that was easy and we left smiling! the only reason why I didn't give it five stars for quality of work is the interior windows weren't cleaned well and there were greasy smudges around the outside of the car. He was also not pushy about getting us to purchase the car. Overall, it just felt the way we wanted it to, and not like our experiences at some other dealerships we visited felt. You know that feeling? Like you're just one of the sales that is going to get them closer to the daily/weekly/monthly number they're trying to hit? That is not how we felt with Walid and the rest of the team at Bill Page. We arrived late in the 7 o'clock hour, talked to Walid a bit about what we were looking for, took a test drive of the vehicle for a while, and then started working the numbers. It ended up that we were ready to purchase the vehicle that day, so the team ended up staying late into the night to process our paperwork, including transferring our plates and registration from our trade-in to the new car so we don't have to go to the DMV for anything. We drove our new 2016 Honda Pilot off the lot and are very happy with it and the entire experience. More

This happened not because I was pressured, but because I was unhappy with the financing I had on my 2014 Honda Accord. I mentioned to a service agent that I was interested in possibly trading in my 2014, and all great things happened from there. I was introduced to Eric Bauer, a great sales person, and great gentleman. He went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful 2016, and Warfa Isse, the Business Manager got me unbelievable financing thru Capital One. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. I recommend this dealership and this team very highly. Give yourself a great holiday gift. Take a trip to Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. More

Walid is an amazing wonderful gentleman I usually do not do reviews but in this case I have to give credit when credit is due. My sales associate Walid Mohammed not only hooked me up with a nice very low millage Accord but he also was able to get me a price $1500 dollar less than KBB. I felt that I am shopping for a car with my dad. Walid cared so much for my need i remembered how my dad use to take care of me when I buy major stuff growing up .He will not push you around like what I experienced in other dealerships but he actually will fight with his sales team to get you the best deal. Now, after I got the car and was taken to the small torture chamber “that’s what I call the finance offices in dealerships” it was another excellent experience with Warfa GoodNews, yes, that’s his real name and man I never saw a finance manager actually spend time on the phone calling his bank contacts to get me the best interest rate and a flexible payment plan even though the automated Rate/term program already gave him an automated underwritten Rate but he was able to get me an even lower rate, that eventually lowered my payment. The 2 negative issues in my experience was related to the service department after the fact, as they promised a complimentary one time oil change that never came in the mail and the second thing was to make me pay 50% of the price of a messed up tire that shouldn’t pass inspection when they sold me the car in the first place. Over all I had a great and stress free experience with Walid and Warfa to a point that I stop by at the dealership sometimes just to say Hi. It’s funny but it’s true. More
