I truly felt that she was on my side as the buyer in order to get me the best deal possible. When it came time to determine financing, the business manager Warfa came through in personally calling the bank's relationship manager and negotiating a full quarter point lower for the APR. Overall, Bill Page Honda offers exceptional service in a no-pressure environment and the staff truly wants the customer to be happy. More

Deal met my needs. I bought a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L on May 22, 2015. Prior to this purchase I dealt with another Honda dealer in Arlington. I decided to stop by Bill Pa I bought a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L on May 22, 2015. Prior to this purchase I dealt with another Honda dealer in Arlington. I decided to stop by Bill Page Honda due to the ease of location for service as it is on my route to and from work. Umer was my salesman; he is professional and easy to talk to. He understood my needs and once a car was chosen introduced me to Fernando who was also professional and easy to talk to. He put together a deal that met my needs: i) trade in value to cover the balance of the loan on my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe, and ii) same monthly payment or lower. Not only did the trade in cover my loan with some additional $$ left to put towards the new car, I was able to add in a few service warranties without going above the target monthly payment. Warfa handled the financial side of the transaction and it went smoothly and didn't take long; he made the tedious side of the transaction very pleasant. All in all I had a great experience and I highly recommend buying a car from Bill Page Honda.
