I'm a seasoned car buyer and can sniff a dealer "game player" a mile away. The two of us make a pair of challenging customers. This time, the sales associate was Walid Mohamad. I have to say, from beginning to end, Walid made the experience very pleasant. No high pressure, no phony haggling, just the best possible deal one could ask for. The other part of the transaction is the business office where the paperwork is finalized. No problems or "surprises" here, either, and, the finance manager, Warfa Good News (yes, that's his real name) was very cordial and accommodating as well. In a little over two hours, my sister was driving away in a beautiful new Civic. Bravo, Bill Page. Even with your new, beautiful dealership makeover, you're still the best. More
