Shoddy deal Sad to say but this was my worst experience in purchasing a used car ever! The vehicle was not cleaned on the inside, old food still between the seat Sad to say but this was my worst experience in purchasing a used car ever! The vehicle was not cleaned on the inside, old food still between the seats, cup holders dirty, stickers still on class on rear glass. There were heavy duty scratches on the rear of vehicle. Said would fix scratches while we wait and promised to refund $150 to cover the work that needed to be done on the inside but then manager changed his mind and would not lower the price by $150 because it was a "used" car. The one positive note was the finance manager, so very nice!!! I would never recommend this dealership!!! More

Great experience! We actually came to Bill Page Honda for a Subaru Outback, but another buyer had gotten there before we did and purchased the car. Our salesman, Eric We actually came to Bill Page Honda for a Subaru Outback, but another buyer had gotten there before we did and purchased the car. Our salesman, Eric Bauer, suggested we look around the lot and see what other options they had available. We told him we needed something that could hold 3 child seats, and he suggested that we look at a Honda Odyssey. They had 2 on their lot, and we were able to find one that was actually $2000 cheaper than the Outback, and in great condition. It even had features we never considered, but have proven to be great for the kids. Definitely not the vehicle we weren't expecting to buy, but I really feel like Eric honed in on our needs and helped us find what was best for us. The finance department and sales manager also worked to make sure the payments were comfortable for us. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
