Two Cars Purchased Today! I originally purchased my first car (Honda Accord) at Bill Page Honda 8 years ago. I was ready to purchase a second car and last week I visited Bill Page with my family. I wanted to get their opinion of the Honda Pilot, which they ended up loving. While I had a bit of a rocky start with Mohammed, he more than made up for it today when I purchased my Pilot. Today he displayed great customer service skills and had a friendly attitude. Not only did I get a great price on the Pilot EXL 4WD, he helped my brother purchase his first car (which just happened to be my old Accord). Mohammed also accepted the trade in value I received from CarMax when I had my car appraised a few days ago without trying to haggle the total cost. That was huge and it made the process much smoother! Other dealerships don't always accept the trade in appraisals from other businesses. After my visit last week, I used the TrueCar service to see if other dealers in the area would give me a good deal on the Pilot. Bill Page just happened to be on the TrueCar list of dealerships and Warfa responded to my request. Warfa answered all of my questions without being too pushy and was able to match and beat an offer I received from another dealership. Being a repeat customer, Warfa really wanted to make sure I felt treated well as a repeat buyer. My brother was finding it difficult to finance a 2006 Honda Accord through the bank because they didn't want to finance an 8 year old car, even though it had 67K miles on it. Bill Page Honda really made our unique trading situation work. I traded in my 06 Accord and then Bill Page worked with us so my brother could buy it from them. Huge shout out to Iver who answered all of the questions my brother and I had about our purchases and reworked the numbers quite a few times to get us to a place where we were both happy with our payments. Iver is easy to speak to and he will never make you feel like you have to buy an add-on package. The only "con" about this situation is that my brother and I were at the dealership for quite a long time processing paperwork, however, we did purchase two cars. Also, it would have been nice if someone had offered us water or something since we were there from 9am-2pm and the inside of the dealership was quite warm. Bill Page Honda is striving to make their customer experiences matter. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Honda. I felt like everyone working at Bill Page was ready to work with me and make my car buying experience a positive one. My Pilot had 8 miles on it today and I hope to get it to at least 300k! More

I was actually heading towards a different Honda dealer but traffic was so bad that I decided to make a stop here. Little did I know that this would be my last stop. I was greeted by Almis, a salesperson with a great personally. I received the best treatment from the beginning to the end. Almis made the buying process of my new car the easiest experience anyone could ever have. I can also say the same the same thing for the financing department. I dealt with Oscar and he was great! He spent the entire morning with me explaining everything so I understood everything about the lease and the car before I left. I would HIGHLY recommend using him as your car salesman. While there I met several kid friendly associates who assisted me in keeping my two boys entertained while Oscar in the finance department worked on my loan. The atmosphere at this establishment is very pleasant and relaxing. Almis didn't rush me in any way or show any sign of irritation no matter how many time my boys asked him the same question. I recommend Almis to anyone serious about buying a Honda. Oscar is excellent. He will definitely get you the best interest rate possible. I had a marvelous experience over all here from the meet and great to seeing me off in my brand new truck. A magnificent team of awesome people. More

Sales and Service at the New and Improved Bill Page I just bought a new Honda Fit here a few weeks ago after my last car, which I'd also purchased at Bill Page, was totaled. Since first coming to the de I just bought a new Honda Fit here a few weeks ago after my last car, which I'd also purchased at Bill Page, was totaled. Since first coming to the dealership in 2009 and becoming a regular over the years, I've been able to see the substantial improvements Bill Page has made. The facilities, obviously, are bigger and better, more open and more customer-friendly. The service department, as always, is reliable and does Honda-certified work that Honda owners can trust, and the advisers are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not out to rip you off (particularly Danny and Arturo). Dropping my car off for service and talking to representatives is much more convenient now, too. More than anything else, though, the sales department seems to have really stepped it up. I was helped with my purchase by a gentleman named Warfa who, over the course of several days, assisted me with all of my needs. He was sensitive to my situation (my last car was totaled and I needed a replacement promptly, but the payment for the car was held up, etc.) and willing to work with me whenever I needed--I came in as late as 8:30pm and as early as 9am. He said he would make a purchase work for me and did, showing me numerous options to consider (and test drive) and giving me a wealth of information on buying used vs. new, financing, rebates, warranties, service plans, and so on. I ended up with a car I'm very satisfied with and very comfortable bringing back for regular maintenance, and I'd recommend the both Bill Page's sales and service to anyone who has or is looking to have a Honda. More
