We recently bought a new CRV LX from Bill Page Honda. Our sales representation, Walid Mohamad, was excellent and made the whole process very pleasant, easy and straightforward. We also has good service from the customer sales representative who organized the final detailing of the vehicle and the paint and upholstery treatment. Our one minor negative experience was in dealing the one of the business managers whose attitude we found a bit cold and less helpful and who was penny-pinching for no apparent reason over a few dollars on the final price negotiations. However this did not spoil our overall good experience. More

I have been coming to Bill Page Honda for years and they have always been so generous and helpful. I notice they are honest as well. For example, I have thought something was wrong with my car so I brou have always been so generous and helpful. I notice they are honest as well. For example, I have thought something was wrong with my car so I brought it in; they test drove it and told me that what I was noticing was normal and the car was fine. This has happened to me more than once and makes me want to come back even more. Another service/repair shop may have tried to make something of it (possibly because I am female) when there was nothing there so I really appreciated that. They always do a fantastic job at what they do. They even call me over to the car to look at problems they find so that I can see it for myself. Sometimes, I haven't even asked for that and they just do that to be transparent and thorough. When I go in, I am always treated respectfully, with a smile, and with genuine interest in making sure that me and my car leave happy :) I want to give an especially warm thank you to Tommy Watkins as he has always been wonderful to work with and even in the few times I was being ornery he was understanding and did a great job. I absolutely love going to Bill Page Honda and I will definitely get my next car there if it's a Honda. It's a wonderful dealership that I would recommend to anybody at all without hesitation. Not to mention, free internet and the free donuts/coffee on Saturday mornings are a really great perk, especially if I need to work while I am waiting for my car or if I haven't had breakfast yet!! This was my first experience with this dealership and I am completely happy with my experience. My car is still under warranty and the AC heater blower motor was making a lot of noise for sometime and alth am completely happy with my experience. My car is still under warranty and the AC heater blower motor was making a lot of noise for sometime and although I had taken the car to another Honda dealership twice, they were not able to diagnose the problem (or did not want to fix). Joanne recognized the problem in just a few minutes and told me with honesty what she thought the problem was. My car was there for a day and when I got the car back the issue with the noise was completely resolved. I will take my car to this dealership in the future and recommend this dealership for doing services to others as well. More
The worst dealer experience by far. Me and a friend went up to the dealer seeing a weekend special for a Honda Odyssey. We spent 3 hours discussing and agreeing a price which the sales person confirmed with up to the dealer seeing a weekend special for a Honda Odyssey. We spent 3 hours discussing and agreeing a price which the sales person confirmed with the manager in writing. Having decided, we requested him to hold the price so we could return next day to finalize the color. We also confirmed the price again on phone later. We walk-in the next day, wait for more than an hr before the sales person shows up for our appt. After spending another 40 mins with the sales mgr, the sales mgr refuses to honor the price, even after the sales agent shows the written quote. We left in a fit of anger. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone, go if you want to waste your time and effort. More

Went in for a minor tune-up; expecting $200 or so. The service rep (my guess is, he was working on straight commission) came out presently. He tells me, two fluids in my car (serviced early and often) wer service rep (my guess is, he was working on straight commission) came out presently. He tells me, two fluids in my car (serviced early and often) were "dirty" and needed replacing. Silly me, he said I needed them, I'm thinking, $20 each perhaps. He didn't offer an estimate for them, and, I didn't ask for one (doh). Then came...the...bill...and it's for SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS: that's $200 per fluid replacement. I haven't been "taken for a ride" since visiting an Audi dealer in Dallas in 1983 (still smoking about THAT guy, too). I have bought Hondas EXCLUSIVELY since 1985, (five in all) and, this was the most outrageous service bill for my rice-burners I've ever encountered. I'm now shopping for a 2013 Accord, and, believe me, Bill will not be ask to bid for my business. When a simple oil change and filter at a local station will set you back all of $40, there's no call for $600 service bills such as this one. Except, greed on the part of Bill Page Honda. Addendum: The Honda manual says NOTHING about replacement of power steering fluid (which consists of only a few ounces of fluid). The consensus on the internet is, $200 to flush and replace (allegedly) dirty ps fluid is simply a case of, the dealer ratcheting up the service bill. This just speaks so poorly of this dealership. Jaime never put on pressure and was very thorough in explaining all the car's features. He did not leave out anything. Also, he had a pleasant, engaging manner. In fact, I had a somewhat lower quote explaining all the car's features. He did not leave out anything. Also, he had a pleasant, engaging manner.
