After I come back and doing research, I found quite a few complaints against this 3rd Party company. I went back to Bill Page requesting to cancel my extended warranty. John Stapleton has promised to take care of it this coming Monday May 7. I would recommend Bill Page Honda for their competitive pricing of the Honda Civic but future buyers may want to carry out more research in buying the extended warranty. More

I have taken my 2003 Civic for service to Bill Page on a few occassions and each time the service from those that answer the phones is less than stellar! The service rep that I've dealt with (Danny) has alw few occassions and each time the service from those that answer the phones is less than stellar! We recently bought a 2011 CR-V and overall our experience was very good. There was one issue with our purchase in that the emissions inspection had not been completed.
