However,I was pressured into buying extended warranty provided by the 3rd Party. I should have said no at that time and spend more time doing research. After I come back and doing research, I found quite a few complaints against this 3rd Party company. I went back to Bill Page requesting to cancel my extended warranty. John Stapleton has promised to take care of it this coming Monday May 7. I would recommend Bill Page Honda for their competitive pricing of the Honda Civic but future buyers may want to carry out more research in buying the extended warranty. More
I have taken my 2003 Civic for service to Bill Page on a few occassions and each time the service from those that answer the phones is less than stellar! The service rep that I've dealt with (Danny) has alw few occassions and each time the service from those that answer the phones is less than stellar! The service rep that I've dealt with (Danny) has always been very polite and helpful but each time I've called to ask a few questions regarding pricing or to schedule an appointment the women that I've spoken to have been rude and impolite. The last time I went to this dealership for service was because I had a free coupon for an oil change. if the service wasn't going to be free, I would have walked out. More

I was in the market for a pre-certified CRV-EXL and found one of their vehicles on autotrader.com. Alan Soon was refreshingly responsive, answered every one of my questions with great ease and patience and absolutely went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the purchase and actually getting to the dealership (since I traveled from NJ). Alan was even instrumental in facilitating the paperwork and making sure I had everything I needed after I already had the car. Steven Pridgen did a superb job reviewing every inch of the vehicle with me and closing the deal. I even had the opportunity to meet Bill Page Jr., the owner who reassured me that they would be there to help in any way they could...He was very calm and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured, ignored, talked down to or lied to, as was my experience in many other dealerships. They were willing to negotiate a fair price and in the end I believe it was a win-win situation for both myself and Bill Page Honda. We recently bought a 2011 CR-V and overall our experience was very good. There was one issue with our purchase in that the emissions inspection had not been completed. We were happy to see that Bill Page Honda was able to admit its mistake and then without hesitation put forth the effort to make it up to its customer.
