I went to Bill Page Honda for a couple repairs that needed to be done to my car. I got an oil change, fixed my break light, changed one of my tires, and had my car detailed. My service adviser was Danny, and he was a great resource; He was an expert in his field, he was very professional, and he gave me great advice about how to maintain the integrity of my car, since it is very old. Furthermore, I was not aware that my car had a recall that month; Danny was the one to tell me and immediately fixed it. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired, I spoke to Ruben, one of the salesmen, about my interest in purchasing a new car by the start of summer. Ruben was very helpful, he allowed me to test drive a new Honda Civic (2011), which I am very interested in, he wasn’t the slightest bit pushy even though I was not buying the car at the moment, and he made me feel very comfortable and answered questions I had before I could even think of asking them. Overall, I received immediate care upon my arrival at the dealership, quicker than I had anticipated, and the costs for all my services were extremely reasonable. I know I will be returning to Bill Page for any car troubles, questions,or concerns I have, and would therefore highly recommend this dealership, not only to my family, but my friends as well. More
Price quoted on a used car jumped over two thousand dollars when we came back to close the deal. Salespersons were not not friendly, and made us feel as though we were in the wrong to ask for the quot dollars when we came back to close the deal. Very frustrating - especially since I have been bringing my honda to this dealership for over a year. Service department is great, but I wont be back for any reason. Sales person (Ruben) was extremely friendly. His style created a cooperative and friendly atmosphere. The price provided was better than others. Avoided having to get the price of the car, and than have to compute other costs to arrive at a final price (like delivery, tags, prep, tax). I enjoyed the one price, out the door approach. It's much easier and less confusing for the client to digest. The price was so reasonable and bottom line that there was no reason to doubt that the price given was indeed the best price. Felt I got a great deal without having to beat up or be beaten up. Show room was warm and friendly. Other staff (service coordinator) were equally friendly and efficient. Finance officer knew his business and offered advice which was welcomed. Hadn't bought a car in over 10 years. It is great to see that purchasing a car does not have to be a dehumanizing experience. Things can change. More

I wanted fog lights on the car, but decided against them when quoted a price (way too high) to add them during the sales process. However, last week I ordered them on-line (at a significant discount) through the Honda eStore, and had them installed at Page. Beth Miller in Parts ordered them after calling to confirm the order, and two days later they were installed with the help of Danny Dodge in Service. Overall, it has been a pleasure dealing with Bill Page Honda. More

No sale tactics, no pressure, but straight direct answers. They even went the extra miles to order another car for me from a different dealer when I changed my mind on the color of the vehicle after all the paperwork was drawn up.
