This was not the case with Brian, Fernando, Rebecca, and Saul. Each person contributed to my car-buying experience and made it comfortable and affordable. These people go above and beyond to make their customers happy. In fact, I had a service problem with my car shortly after I bought it. Extremely concerned, I took it back to Bill Page and without question, both the service and sales department happily corrected the situation and took extremely good care of me--More so than I could have imagined when I went to pick up my car. Any other car dealer frankly would have hung me out to dry. This will not happen to you at Bill Page Honda. They will do their absolute best to ensure your happiness as their customer. They are extraordinarily honest and genuine--A quality that is sadly not found in many car dealerships around the area. Please do not waste your time shopping at another dealership. Appreciate the fact that dealer takes walk-ins since I'm not always great about scheduling in advance. I bought my car at Bill Page Honda in 2000, and I have taken my car to their service department ever since. I have had minor and major service done over the past ten years and I even bought a full set of tires from them, too. The service I’ve had performed has always been excellent and at a fair price. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to make me happy. I honestly feel like a VIP every time I go there. I only go in a few times a year, because they keep my car running so well. I think it is remarkable that they always remember me when I come in. Tommy Watkins is an excellent service consultant and it is reassuring that I have someone friendly and reliable to call when I need to schedule an appointment for service. I plan to keep going to Bill Page Honda for service and when it is time for me to buy a new car, I’m going to buy it at Bill Page Honda, too. More

I sent an e-mail to Bill Page Honda about the availability of the car, color and pricing. Bill Page Honda responded with the car that i wanted, price and color. The buying process was pain free and made this experience a pleasant one. The next day of my purchase, Mr Tyrone Brown (Customer Service Manager) and Miguel Lazo (Sales consultant) called me in separate occasions to make sure i was happy with my purchase. My experience with Bill page Honda has been so good that I also use the service department as the only team that takes care of my investment. Danny Dodge and his Team at the service Department are always friendly, pleasant and have gone above and beyond their duties to accommodate my needs as a customer. What a lovely man .. and so dedicated to making sure that the customer is taken care of properly! I purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. There were only six models left and I still got the one I wanted. Our salesman, Tyrone Brown, was great. He spent plenty of time with us and took all of my interests into consideration, especially when it came to price point. Now that I have had the car for a while I take it to Bill Page Honda for regularly scheduled maintenance and the service department operates also had a high level of excellence and not just because I bought the car from them. They service the car quickly and keep me informed every step of the way. Their team approach doesn't just stop after the sale. It continues throughout the life of the car. It is a certainty that I will buy from Bill Page Honda again. I recommend Bill Page Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car, even if you are not sure you want a Honda. I'll bet some people will buy a Honda after all. More
I arrived at the dealership and within 30 mins I not only dropped off my car , but was also set up for a rental. Within the 30 mins, the adjuster walked my car and then introduced me to the bill page body sh dropped off my car , but was also set up for a rental. Within the 30 mins, the adjuster walked my car and then introduced me to the bill page body shop manager who actually walked me through the process and also volunteered to see if they could help fix cosmetic damages outside the damage that I was in to get repaired. He seemed very knowledgeable and was instrumental in saving me money as advised against any paint job and instead handed a deatil shop who could work the cosmetic issues that I wanted to get fixed. My car was fixed within 24 hours which is very impressive as most dealerships take 2 -4 days to replace a bumber. On arrival my car was washed and ready. I was handed the required documents and I turned in my rental car. The manager walked out with me while I inspected my car . overall a very good experience. More
