A smooth experience at Bill Page Honda My husband and I bought the used Acura RDX today. We were very happy to have Jon Vu, sales representative assisting us. He was so courteous and know My husband and I bought the used Acura RDX today. We were very happy to have Jon Vu, sales representative assisting us. He was so courteous and knowledgeable. He did not waste our time and provided us with the pricing and the carfax information containing historical maintenance records of the car. He took time to go through the details with us and help understand some technical content. This was helpful and we felt more confident that we had selected the right car out of a few others found in the web. A good thing is that Jon did not try to sell other cars to us, let us focus on the car of our choice, as very often many sales persons would do (and I hate that.) We told him we need time to think it over and he did not question or pressed us. Jon made a follow up call the next day and we were able to complete the price negotiation in a few hours. The finance person was also very nice and very organized in handling so many papers for signature. It has been a great experience and I strongly recommend Jon to anyone who is shopping for used cars at BP. He deserved my five stars. More
