I came from 2 decades of driving BMWs and wanted to learn more about Honda, in particular the CR-V. He then introduced me to Kristina who then helped me every step of the way. She didn't play games nor try to push me into buying options I didn't want. She listened and just gave solid advice. It was refreshing to work with someone who was honest and treated me as a person instead of just another high-pressure sale. When I made the decision to buy a car, I was quoted an extremely competitive price over the phone. When I got to the dealership, I didn't appreciate the additional $400 over the price I was quoted for "dealer installed options", and was told "all dealers do this". Just because all dealers do it doesn't make it right. It would have been better to quote me the total price and informing me it included $400 worth of dealer installed options. At least I wouldn't have felt mislead. But, Kristina and Almis listened to my concerns and we struck an amicable deal on a couple of accessories I wanted to buy and have installed. Obviously I liked my experience there since my friend purchased a brand new CR-V from Kristina a week later. More

Excellent customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away by one of the sales associate, Luis Machuca. He was very helpful and nice to my entire family. He was also informative starting from the test drive and then during the negotiation process. He was courteous throughout the entire time we were at the dealership. He even showed us the lounge area where we had the chance to get coffee or hot chocolate which was a nice touch since we were at the dealership for a couple hours. Everything went by smoothly down to the finance associate Habib. He gave me a great deal I couldn’t refuse. He was also very factual with all the warranties that I can sign up for. Everyone in the entire dealership was accommodating and gave me and my entire family a pleasant experience. I’m a first time buyer and so they made sure that I got the best deal possible. I have had encounters with other dealerships in the past and overall this place had the best customer service and great facility that also even had a kids corner! She was very knowledgeable in the car buying process and their vehicles. Everyone we worked with was amazingly informative, kind, patient, and extremely nice. But most of all, everyone was transparent, which you may not see in car dealerships too often. They all stayed late to finish the process which I really appreciated. They even let my friends and I eat food inside while waiting too! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is out looking for a Honda. More
