Angel Lorenzo sucks I did not have a good experience with Angel Reyes Lorenzo. He insulted me and he was rude to me. Stay away from this guy. I know its a business but 200 dollar less won't hurt what a big company you have. My friend who was with me wanted to get a car as well but seeing how he wouldn't give us that price we wanted for the car almost talk me into not getting it. My parent got both their car here as well as my brother shows we're good customer. i think in order to build a better customer relationship negotiation should be more open. But thanks to Alfonso I was able to get the car i wanted. Thanks More

First time car lease I give 4 stars because in the end I got the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it. The missing 1 star is for the hassle it took to ge I give 4 stars because in the end I got the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it. The missing 1 star is for the hassle it took to get there. In all honesty, buying a car will never be a walk through a park unless you just open your wallet and let them have at it. And I knew this going in. Just do your research online before going in and never settle for the first, or even second number they throw at you. They can always go lower, it just depends on how much you’re willing to press it. I have a feeling my deal was good because the car was in their stock and they probably want to clear space for new models arriving. In my experience, specifically, I felt there were some phony gimmicks. “We weren’t aware that so and so quoted you this, I’m not sure why he gave you that inaccurate information.” Then after arguing about their miscommunication, “Oh my god what happened to your credit! There’s no way we can do this price!” We had also agreed on a complimentary maintenance package, but later at signing discovered it had been removed (without me knowing) in order to get the price down to what I wanted. They will always try any way to deceive you, but they’re just doing their “job” to make a profit, and at the end, it’s no hard feelings. Everyone I worked with was polite and professional. More
