I was paired with a new sales person, Moayad, who was amazingly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at -- a 2019 Ridgeline. He respected what I already knew about the truck, didn't try to push me, let me take the test drive the way I wanted and if there was something he wasn't sure about in terms of features or how something worked, he immediately checked when we got back to the dealership. Almis, his sales manager, kept checking in with me throughout the time I was there -- he even knew a ton about Duke basketball, which is my passion. I left that day with the promise of coming back tomorrow to take my wife on a test drive, and no one pressured me to stay with an offer of an "unbeatable deal." Moayad followed up immediately by text and email, and we coordinated our schedules for the next day. I did come back the next day as promised and bought the truck. Our negotiations on the purchase and a trade-in were tough but fair, and I appreciate how they listened to my case each time, getting Carlos involved for the final deal. We ultimately came to a conclusion that had me walking away happy and with the truck I wanted. Finance team was great and fastest I've ever experienced. Beat USAA loan rates by quite a bit.
