I was paired with a new sales person, Moayad, who was amazingly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at -- a 2019 Ridgeline. He respected what I already knew about the truck, didn't try to push me, let me take the test drive the way I wanted and if there was something he wasn't sure about in terms of features or how something worked, he immediately checked when we got back to the dealership. Almis, his sales manager, kept checking in with me throughout the time I was there -- he even knew a ton about Duke basketball, which is my passion. I left that day with the promise of coming back tomorrow to take my wife on a test drive, and no one pressured me to stay with an offer of an "unbeatable deal." Moayad followed up immediately by text and email, and we coordinated our schedules for the next day. I did come back the next day as promised and bought the truck. Our negotiations on the purchase and a trade-in were tough but fair, and I appreciate how they listened to my case each time, getting Carlos involved for the final deal. We ultimately came to a conclusion that had me walking away happy and with the truck I wanted. Finance team was great and fastest I've ever experienced. Beat USAA loan rates by quite a bit. Service was bad. When I bought the car, there were oil in the car every surface such as in cup holders, inside the arm rest cabinet and so on. They think if the car pass the inspection, everything is fine. They didn’t clean the engine room before sell the car and didn’t change wiper blades. Also, rear tires were almost worn but they didn’t change. Therefore, I had spend money for changing the tires and wiper blades. Furthermore, I asked when can I get the license plates but sale person just said he doesn’t and say I need to ask to a financial guy. He didn’t try to let me know. Finally, I tried to speck with the financial guy but he wasn’t there and I leaved my number. Unfortunately, I didn’t get call back. I don’t understand why they took dealership fee. I think they didn’t do much in the car. In my opinion, they don’t deserve the dealership fee. More
