Service was bad. When I bought the car, there were oil in the car every surface such as in cup holders, inside the arm rest cabinet and so on. They think if the car pa When I bought the car, there were oil in the car every surface such as in cup holders, inside the arm rest cabinet and so on. They think if the car pass the inspection, everything is fine. They didn’t clean the engine room before sell the car and didn’t change wiper blades. Also, rear tires were almost worn but they didn’t change. Therefore, I had spend money for changing the tires and wiper blades. Furthermore, I asked when can I get the license plates but sale person just said he doesn’t and say I need to ask to a financial guy. He didn’t try to let me know. Finally, I tried to speck with the financial guy but he wasn’t there and I leaved my number. Unfortunately, I didn’t get call back. I don’t understand why they took dealership fee. I think they didn’t do much in the car. In my opinion, they don’t deserve the dealership fee. More

The test drive allowed me to get a good amount of time with the car. Ted was great! Finance was relatively straightforward, however an upfront discussion of taxes/fees would have been more appreciated. This occurred at the very end before signing instead of earlier. This is most likely an industry practice, but something the Bill Page team could work on to further distinguish themselves from everyone else. One math hiccup at the end involving my trade-in value occurred that I had to catch, but seemed to be a product of having multiple people involved. Everything was addressed properly in the end. Almis did a good job of explaining everything to me! More
