Highly recommend this dealership! I went online and starting reading reviews and found Bill Page Honda. What a completely differently (good) experience! I inquired online and was put in touch with Judy. Just the experience I needed!! I stated exactly what I needed and she was very pleasant, very quick to respond and stood by everything negotiated via phone and text. Upon entering the dealership, I was matched up with Ted (Tewolde Selassie - sales) and Carlos (manager). Ted and Carlos are professional and courteous - exactly what you should expect from a sales experience in a dealership - nothing less! I would highly recommend working with these folks. I have bought, sold and traded many vehicles. This was my first Honda and I would definitely return to THIS dealership - even though it is much further from my house than the original awful dealership I started out at. More

It did take a while, but only because they were slightly short-staffed, but we walked away with exactly what we wanted! They ended up not having the specific color car we wanted in stock but worked with us and a sister store to get that car delivered. We are very happy and would recommend Bill Page for any Honda purchasing needs. More

Bohzad was easy to deal with on price. Bill Page Jr made sure we happy and even bought us dinner when the final steps were delayed. The salesperson still took some time to take us for a test drive, talk about what we were looking for, and answered our questions. This was after going to other dealerships where they either didn't have what we were looking for or wouldn't give us the time of day if we weren't looking to buy that day. The negotiation process was okay. We came with some online quotes which I feel was helpful. They still tried to muddy the water and add all kinds of crazy freight fees and other things so I would suggest anyone negotiating on price to focus only on the total after tax cost. They were generally well organized. My only real complaint is that it look several hours for us to get out of there even after agreeing on the price. Next time I would just sign all the paperwork and ask them to deliver the car to my house or call me when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. More

Our sales person (Mike/Morteza A.) and the manager (Larry L.) were both helpful and reasonable when we got into discussions. Both Mike and Larry – along with their F&I manager (Habib) – answered all of our questions and were easy to work with – even when we changed our mind about something. They still didn't heavily pressure us. We were very satisfied with our buying experience. More

My one disappointment is that getting multiple new technologies to work, including basic stuff like the parking brake, is not readily apparent. The CRV Owner's Guide only skims the surface. I expect to get the help I need from the web. More
