Amazing team! I came in to test drive an RDX I found online. It was a beautiful car with a great deal and I wanted to see it in person. When I walked in, I was paired with Tony and he was so patient and just an overall nice guy. Going in to a car dealership as a young, single woman can be an intimidating experience; however, not once did I feel uncomfortable or hustled. Every person I came in contact with made my experience pleasurable and long story short I walked out with the RDX I came in for. Very good Good experience. I didn’t think I wanted a Honda truck but after my test drive with Mr. Hassan I realized why this has won so many awards. Mr. Hassan Good experience. I didn’t think I wanted a Honda truck but after my test drive with Mr. Hassan I realized why this has won so many awards. Mr. Hassan knew his stuff and showed me all the bells and whistles. I left without the truck on my first visit to see what the completion had to offer. After that it was clear to me I was getting a Honda. Then I started shopping the dealers and these guys seemed the most eager to make a deal. But I came back to Mr. Hassan. I did lose my temper with the finance guy. (I’ll take the blame.) He was doing his job trying to sell me an extra dealer insurance package but I had my financing already and was ready to close the deal (and get something to eat.) So the hard sale after seeing how much I was actually pre-approved for was irritating. It was more likely I was just hungry. Otherwise, I would say have something to eat, come in at the right time, expect them to play the game, play it right back and you’ll have a good experience. More
