Very courteous welcome to the Service Center Immediately directed to the Agent who would handle my account. The gentlemen was very courteous, and went right away to my account. He informed me that, in point of fact, my 'needed' service was quite limited, as I had had several rather large items handled the last time around. So, me with my coupons in hand, was advised that there really only was ONE item that needed service right now. I had not put many miles on the car since the last, comprehensive (and not cheap) service a few months ago. I mentioned that me and my family will be undertaking a rather long road-trip (as is our wont) in another 10 days or so. The point being, this particular service call is to ensure that we can rack-up some 4,000 miles without having to worry about a service hickup. The Bill Page Honda agent, Mr. Kenneth Rodrigues, understood the situation and made no attempt to get me to sign up for some service I did not need. I really appreciated the exchange. More
