Service department is incompetent I left a job there which was supposed to take about 2 hours. At the close of business, the job was apparently still not done and the service advisor I I left a job there which was supposed to take about 2 hours. At the close of business, the job was apparently still not done and the service advisor I dealt with was unavailable. I called the next day at mid-morning and the advisor was going to be unavailable all day, plus there was no record of my job, no ticket, no nothing. Another service advisor offered to try and help and called me late afternoon to tell me my job was ready. When I got there, it was in fact not my job that was ready but someone else's. I called the next morning and the original service advisor had found my job and got it done. When picking it up I noted that the price was double the original quote but at that point I didnt care I wanted out of there, and I told him that he and his department were incompetent. At that point he decided that he needed to come around the counter and seemed as if he were wanting to fight, but his co-workers intervened, yet he followed me to my car. I suggested that he was going to say or do something he should get on with it but now I was being loud and the service manager came over and sent the wold advisor back to his desk. The manager didnt care what the argument was about, only that I was making noise in hsi service lane. This is the best that Toyota can offer in Huntsville, I have had no problems going to other nearby Toyota dealers for parts and service. More

Multiple point inspection did not happen. I showed the service advisor manager my reservoirs of different fluid levels . Battery terminals and post not cleaned of acid or corrosion build up! I'm retired from the Armed Forces. We detect and correct. I was 100percent dissatisfied. Check your vehicle as best you can before departing, I'm glad my visit was not for major service! Not good. They car salesman we had said he would call and set up an appointment to get our bumper fixed and a key made which was all in the contract to do. He never called, instead we had to call and set it up. We arrived at our appointment time only for them to say they couldn't do our bumper because the guy wasn't there. Then we waiting for an hour and a half for the key for them to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the parts and that we would have to come back another day. More

I told him no. And he said, just come look at them and you may change your mind. I agreed to look at them. We walked around and looked at a few and I would comment on the things I would or would not like in the vehicle. I told him if I traded I needed to know the value of mine before I consider anything. So we went in to sit at a table to discuss all the money matters. No pressure from him at all. If you would like a comfortable person to be with he is your salesman. PETE COSSABOON More

Lack of communication I called the service department at 7am about a flat tire. My car arrived at around 830am, but since I was not there (still at home), they serviced peo I called the service department at 7am about a flat tire. Service department horrible ! I had taken my 2015 Tacoma in for an oil chang and tire rotation . It took 2 hours ! The next day I find a empty quart of oil wedged in between my bel I had taken my 2015 Tacoma in for an oil chang and tire rotation . It took 2 hours ! The next day I find a empty quart of oil wedged in between my belt and pull of the alternator and oil all over the motor from where the belt and pull cut in to the oil container ! Pissed More
