Absolutely terrible and dishonest experience I went in about three weeks ago to look at a truck that was listed online for 31.9K and was advertised as certified. During the test drive, the salesperson even confirmed it came with a 7-year/100K-mile warranty from the in-service date, which made me feel confident about the vehicle. Once we sat down for numbers, somehow the price jumped to almost 38K out the door. I immediately said no, that’s way too high. The sales manager, John, eventually came back at 34.5K out the door, which was more reasonable, but still not where I wanted to be considering the truck had visible wear and blemishes, so I left. A few days later, the general manager Van called asking why they couldn’t close the deal. I told him I would do 33K out the door. He asked if I would put a deposit if approved, and I said no since the truck had already been sitting for over three months, but I would come in and buy it. After that, I never heard back. I followed up a week later. The salesperson called me back completely clueless and said the truck was worth 40K, which is not true, and tried to push me to 35.6K, which was higher than what I had already walked away from. Then he suddenly said okay can you do 34.5K, which was the same number I had already declined. It felt completely unorganized. About another week or two later, I decided I would settle at 34.5K if they could provide the certification inspection checklist and proof of what was done. That’s a reasonable request. The salesperson JD acted like this was a huge ask and said it was another department and ended the call with “I guess I’ll have to do some work.” That response alone was a red flag. I reached out to John directly, who said he would honor the deal. I confirmed with him the day before coming in that everything was good, and I drove there with my pregnant wife and two kids. When I got there, the price had been raised from 31.9K to 34.8K overnight. The certified sticker had been removed from the truck, and no one could give a straight answer about why it was no longer certified. I was given the runaround while they supposedly looked into it. The salesperson came back and said the price had gone up, even though they had confirmed the day before they would honor 34.5K. At that point it was obvious that once I started asking real questions about the certification, everything changed. I never even saw the manager I had been texting. The entire experience felt shady, misleading, and unprofessional. The lack of transparency, constant price changes, and wasted time, especially bringing my family in for nothing, is unacceptable. I’m honestly glad I didn’t buy it. That truck has now been sitting on their lot for months, and I can see why. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. More

They listed the vehicle as certified on their website at one price, then added almost 2k to the price to certify it. Shady and deceptive advertising.
