I bought a car with a cracked windshield. It was not noticed before I drove off with it, but a picture was taken of me with the car when I took possession of it; and the crack is clearly visi It was not noticed before I drove off with it, but a picture was taken of me with the car when I took possession of it; and the crack is clearly visible on the picture. When I returned with the evidence of the picture, Bill Ray encouraged me to file an insurance claim even though that would have been illegal and fraudulent. They refused to fix the windshield. I am left with a $300- $700 bill to repair or replace a windshield. There is no guarantee that the crack can be repaired without damaging it, do it looks like I’m out $700! I’m so saddened that Bill Ray failed to do the tight and honest thing. I hope people reading this consider Bill Ray’s “failure” to make things righ before purchasing a vehicle at Bill Ray. BTW, I had paid $500 for the Certified Used Car warranty. More
