Why Erica Dillion is an Immeasurable Asset. I arrived mid-afternoon, without an appointment in need of an oil change and "Look Over for Problems." Erica greeted me and reported to me that one of I arrived mid-afternoon, without an appointment in need of an oil change and "Look Over for Problems." Erica greeted me and reported to me that one of my tire valves was in need of replacement because it wouldn't register with the electronic system when my tire pressure was out of range. This could be replaced for a big dent in my wallet. However, the tire steem wouldnt leak and I could check my tire pressure myself, every 4 weeks and add pressure if needed. As a "Self Confessed" mechancial Dunder Head, she offered to have me drive in and she would check the pressure for me. She made it easy for me to come back and saved me some meaningful money. She is very Custome Centric, and puts herself in the customers shoes. In short she has great Emotinal Intelligence. I Trust Her!!!!! More

I go to an all Women’s college (Brenau University), so to see a women in a male dominated industry who is doing well is very refreshing. Nissan always takes care of me, but Erica really made my experience today very pleasant. I loved the friendliness she has and really appreciate her going out of her way to help me today, which usually doesn’t happen when I come to service my car! She was very polite and carries herself well, I hope she continues to be a face of Nissan and prospers as a Woman here. I would definitely recommend Erica when coming to Nissan for a helpful and pleasurable experience. More

That was an extra mile service I made my appointment for today Saturday at 11am, when I arrived I was greet by Erica, she told me I was not on the list for my appointment, she inmed I made my appointment for today Saturday at 11am, when I arrived I was greet by Erica, she told me I was not on the list for my appointment, she inmediately appologize and told me that the wait with or without an appointment was going to be long. She recoemended me to come in the afternoon because the wait was not long. She was really sorry and that is what I did. I came back and she took care of me. I did not even wait 20 min. I am glad she recomended me to come later. The wait she treated me and my kids was above and beyond. First time I receive this kind of service in any dealer I have been. Thanks Erica and I will come back and look for you next time. More
