The process was very easy. there was not any pressure to buy. Mary Ann Toro was friendly, professional, and sympathetic to my situation (I was buying a car out of need because there was not any pressure to buy. Phil walked me through the process and we had a deal in less than 20 minutes. i didn't have to spend 8 hours going back and forth with sales folks and managers to arrive at a deal. I came in a few hours later, signed the paperwork in about 10 minutes, reviewed the car with Mary Ann and the staff (I needed to get acquainted with the technology updates). I drove the car home from the dealer with confidence that I got a good deal, that service will be handled promptly, and that I can go back to Mary Ann for my next purchase.
