I called late Friday afternoon after finding a screw in my tire. Mary answered my call and since it was toolate to bring it in, she made an apporintment for me on Saturday to look at the tire to see if it my tire. Mary answered my call and since it was toolate to bring it in, she made an apporintment for me on Saturday to look at the tire to see if it could be patched or replaced. I told her I didn't recall if I had the road hazard coverage, but it needed to be replaced if it could not be patched. She took the extra step and called me back wiithin 15 minutes to tell me she looked up my records and I did have it. She then said she would note it on my appointment with Ryan. That's going well above and beyond good customer service. MANY thanks to her and Ryan. They were both most helpful in checking the coverage and replacing the tire. More
The one thing I really don't like about Bill Ray Nissan is being asked to fill out a review every time I come in for service. If I had a problem, I wouldn't come back. I am really tired of getting all these multiple requests. Even if you do dill it out, it doesn't let you submit the review if you skipped something. You are wasting my time. I don't know the names of the people who served me so I can't rate them. So I am rating them all with the lowest rating. I am assuming that Management and Administration came up with this ridiculous survey. More
