Long wait time for service. Service dept wait-time could be shorter. I waited over 2 hours for routine maintenance. Hopefully, I won’t have to wait another 2+ hours to get that fixed. However, my service agent was great - very courteous and helpful. More

I was greeted by a Service Advisor, Sam Leming, and immediately welcomed. Sam was extremely courteous and helpful and got me right in. I enjoyed some snacks in the waiting area and did some internet broken wsing on the desktops provided while waiting. I had a very short wait and Sam came out and went over everything with me. Sam called me the next day to follow up and make sure all was good with my vehicle and that satisfied. This was great Customer Service experience. More

First of all he is liar and very rude!!!!!!! First of all he is a liar and so is the other manager. I had came in to check to see if my wife had traded our car in that we bought together and as o First of all he is a liar and so is the other manager. I had came in to check to see if my wife had traded our car in that we bought together and as of now we are getting divorced but I was looking out the car on the lot to make sure it was ours and the sales man Miguel Negron came up to me and asked if I needed help I said that this was a car my traded in he began to ask how I would know I said because I still have the keys to get then he begins to ask me for the keys very rudely I said no then he get loud and smart to me getting in my face I said if dont back away and get out of my face I will call the police then he say I'll make sure I put you in the hospital before I go to jail and the manager comes out to ask what's going explain to him that my wife had traded the car in and Miguel Negron came up to me asking if I needed help I explained to him about my wife trading the car in and told him how the Miguel Negron treated me and and Miguel Negron said that he would put me in the hospital and he said he would handle it with the owen so I left called back up the talk to the manager and he lied about this ever happening. More
