The service was great. They initially left some oil marks on my cream colored console. I pointed that out and they fixed it right away. The day I went an employee went through a traumatic ordeal. He was followed in by 14 cop cars. I overheard that the cops drew their weapons at him and hand cuffed him. Ultimately, they realized it was a case of mistaken identity. That situation is scary for anyone but even more so for a black man. I was hoping they’d send him home for the day. When I arrived at the service center it took them around 20 min to help me. There were cars behind me that was helped first. I had an oil change and a coolant flush and it took around 3 hours.
