Worst place to take your car for repair estimate! Insurance clearly requires Non-OEM parts. They not only quoted all NEW OEM parts but marked up the prices of parts a LOT. Suspension Crossbody part w Insurance clearly requires Non-OEM parts. They not only quoted all NEW OEM parts but marked up the prices of parts a LOT. Suspension Crossbody part was $1500 on the estimate, they were not able to provide any pictures or proof of how this part was damaged and needed replacement. ALSO, the same exact part was at Bill Ray Nissan parts department for $1000! $500 mark up in ONE part alone. The quote was roughly $3-4k MORE than it needed to be because of the cost of their parts being outrageous! Because of this outrageous quote, insurance totaled out the vehicle and no other shops were willing to provide me a second opinion/estimate because I CHOSE the wrong service provider to have my car go to. WORST decision I ever made. Will never buy a Nissan again nor would I ever advise anyone to have their car taken there. More

Everything was fine except that when they reinstalled the dash there was some kind of residue (not sure what it is) on the bottom inside of the windshield that to this day I can't seem to clean off. So while the repair took a day longer than expected, Tony kept me up to date. He as also helpful in arranging the car I used while mine was being repaired.
