wait time had to wait over 3 hours, when I was told when I checked in it would be 90 minutes, for a 30,000 mile check up. Then there was a misunderstanding re had to wait over 3 hours, when I was told when I checked in it would be 90 minutes, for a 30,000 mile check up. Then there was a misunderstanding regarding my battery, I OK'd service work and it still took 35 minutes to get that done. this was the first time I have ever had problems, I was not keep informed on what was happening or the progress of the work. I was not happy and felt I was given lame excuses. More

Oil change, tire rotation Excellent service experience! Went in for regular service of my car and they used a checklist to go over the car and rate it from the last service. Excellent service experience! Went in for regular service of my car and they used a checklist to go over the car and rate it from the last service. They came out and explained everything they found and I went ahead to change brake fluid as well. While I waited there was a TV, cookies, drinks and comfortable couches. They finished the work about a half hour before they estimated. More
