Great place to buy a car and a great place to service it. I've purchased two cars from this dealership and had all my service work done there, too. This last visit was for scheduled maintenance and complete vehicle inspection. The service advisor (Zach Don) is truly professional, asks the right questions and is totally attentive to what you have to say. He kept me informed as I waited for the work to be completed and went over in detail with me what was done. I wouldn't expect anything less. It's been my experience over the years that this dealership hires only the best people. I'll be buying another car at this dealership next year and will continue to service it there, too. More

Never called back Told me they would call me Monday which a man did, told me my tire would be in Thursday after the 4th and they would call me when it came in. I didn’t here a word from them until I called on Saturday morning. They said the tire was in and asked if I would come in Monday. I politely declined and told them it was supposed to be fixed on Monday then Thursday and that we could not wait till Monday. They found me a spot that day, but it took a long time and they didn’t seem very nice when I took my car in to them. I’ve always had great service from the gentleman that works in service but this time it was very poor and frustrating. Having a hard time thinking of taking my car back for normal service. May try somewhere else. More

Recall done right I received a letter that alerted me to some parts that were recalled. Bill Robertson Nissan was more than happy to help me get my parts replaced.
