Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. we came to this Dealership in in 2002 and purchased a truck! Best decision we ever made! Great prices on new and pre-owned , great sales support, financing , great after market add on products sales supp truck! Best decision we ever made! Great prices on new and pre-owned , great sales support, financing , great after market add on products sales support and the service department as well as the body shop are unsurpassed. My family has purchased 3 vehicles since then from Bill Utter and done so with complete confidence! By the way, the 2002 Ford F150 Super crew we purchased is still running strong with over 150,000 miles on it and is as dependable as the day we drove it off the lot! What we have found is that we also can get tires for our vehicles from Bill Utter Ford at just as good , if not better price as from the discount tires, so now when we have our vehicles serviced we can get our tires balanced and rotated at the same time at no cost! This is a one stop, shop for everything Dealership that represents the Ford Motor Company in the best of customer service and class! I am not talking about todays type of brush off customer service, I am talking like "the we are here for you customer service from the old days!" I only hope Ford recognizes this dealer ship as a top valuable Dealership as in my 74 years of dealing with Dealerships I have NEVER found on of this high of caliber in any car manufacture! More
