Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Mike filled me in on GAP insurance and the benefits and I went ahead and got it. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and was hit by a drunk driver. My car was totaled. The safety features saved me from serious injury and the GAP insurance saved me from losing a lot of money. I took the time to look at several other cars and dealers. None matched up to Bill Utter. Tom went out of his way to help me during a tough time and get me back into a new car. He is friendly and professional. Ask for him! More

Getting to know Toronto Spikes I needed a bigger truck and stopped at Utter Ford. Toronto greeted me, I told him the stock number I was looking for and he immediately found the keys I needed a bigger truck and stopped at Utter Ford. Toronto greeted me, I told him the stock number I was looking for and he immediately found the keys for me. In minutes I was on the test drive. Upon returning, I told him where I needed to be and within a few minutes, he met my offer. I told him I wanted to give it a day or two before making a final decision and he let me go without pressuring me into a sale. The next day, I called to tell him I’d be by at 5pm. When I got there, the truck was ready, finance was ready, and we were out of there within an hour. Overall it was very quick and painless. More
