First class Dealership! I have been looking for a dealership for years and years that preforms at every level from new and used cars sales, to service, to aftermarket offerings and continued support dealership for years and years that preforms at every level from new and used cars sales, to service, to aftermarket offerings and continued support on your automobile and I finally came across Bill Utter Ford! I can not say enough good things about this dealership! I can comment of a lifetime of disappointments in other dealerships! From Chevy to others they always fail to meet quality standards in Customer Sales, Service, and Aftermarket offerings and Body Shop while Bill Utter meets and exceeds all expectations by far! And when I say by far I am talking about a forward looking Dealership the is not just concerned with a Sale but follows through with a lifetime commitment to customer service and support! I have a Ford Edge, 2013 model that I would not hesitate to take across country on an extended road trip and it has about 130,000 miles on it BUT it has always had the Ford Quality Care that is delivered by Bill Utter Ford to back it up! I was very pleased with Bill Utter. The young man met me at my vehicle and directed me to a very nice service advisor. He was very kind and knew exactly what I needed done since I had missed some maintenan at my vehicle and directed me to a very nice service advisor. I had Ford Pass points so it took a very short time to get my payment taken care of. Which was no payment was needed. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I had an issue on a road trip from Dallas to Oklahoma, and had my car towed to this location at 11:30pm. I called Eddie and he got my recall scheduled quickly and the service was performed in a very reasonable timeframe. Everything was done per our discussions and explained thoroughly. The price for the service I had done was very reasonable as well. I will be back the next time I need service! The only complaint I have is that when I got back into my truck things in my console were pulled out and the phone charger I leave in the truck was now in the USB (I don't use the USB) and laying across onto the drivers floor. In my mind it appears someone, probably a technician, pulled it out and connected their own phone to it. In the future it would be wise to put items back where you found them like you found them if you are playing with customers items. More
