Service was efficient and quick. Our rep. was friendly . Work was done quickly and complimentary wash was really nice. Clerk at check out stated Ford Pass was down and she couldn’t run my rewards points. Paid and was assured it would be taken care of when system back up. Also told I would get follow up phone call to let me know it had been complete. 2 days later and I know that the points were followed through and my new points have been inputted and my points accepted for service and my card has been refunded. However, no call or email to tell me the task was completed. I found out through a notice on my Ford Pass that I had rewards activity. More

Received Fordpass notification saying restraint indicator fault minutes before Danny called to say car was ready.
